False info & unauthorized use of visa check card

Wanted to down load a virus protection for my PC, this advertisement came up on my screen, and by their description of what they were offering, sounded pretty good. At first, the cost was 49.95, reduced to 39.95, so I gave them the informayion required, when the final invoice was shown, it had risen to115.95, so, I canceled the order, thinking that was good enough, not so, not only did I get charged on my check card, the full amount of 115.95., I never received the virus protection I was paying for, still have the virisus, no protection. I got the impression that this plan was recommended thru Windows internet explorer. Stupid me. Live and learn I guess. The date on this transaction was 05/27, ref.# 745477181482013858. Maybe this will help.
