Messy management and outright rude

My check was denied at Office Depot. The clerk did not know why and gave me a 1-800366-2425 to call. I was first told that a TX driver license SIMILAR to mine wrote a bad check. They said they would take my number off their list but I could not write another check for 3 days. I was victimized by their mistakes. This sounded ridicules so I called back demanded to talk to a supervisor. A few minutes later a voice came out on the other end. I was told by this so-called manager, turned out to be one of those call-center in India, that my check was classified as category and that the clerk at Office Depot should have called in to get oral approval. I asked why was I being classified as category 0 and he could not give me a reason just continuing saying that they have many categories and category 0 needed to get approval. I ask why was I being classified as category 0 and he gave me the exact same answer like in an endless loop. It stroked me that he was reading something from the rule book. He finally just hanged us on me.
