Unauthorized billing

My name is Brent Baker My mailing address is 2719 E. Tower Dr. Cincinnati Ohio Apt.#2 45238. My e mail address is as noted on complaint form. I was offered a free download for the song Lord I lift Your name on high by Sonic Flood and never received that download, the only thing I did receive is text messages stating that I would be charged for my subscription. I did not subscribe to anything and will not pay for it. From the looks of the number of complaints filed in conjunction with my complaint if things are not resolved in 72 hours I will have my attorney from pre-paid legal services McGuire/Snider look into a class action law suit. I have also contacted the Better Business.
