Ripoff abused & mistreated

Have two Credit Cards with them, the had a high interest of 23.99%, now out the blue without ever going over limit, not missing a payment, only paid late 4 dyas when my wife passed away, which i explained them to no avail, just received a letter telling that the are increasing my interest rate by 4 points.

I have been customer for nearly 5 years, that may be to thank for patronage.
