Copy of the letter which I sent them, explaining my case;
On my credit card statement of 11/17 there were the following charges made on my credit card;

Those charges shown above - were not made by myself, or by anybody with my authorization.
After I checked my statement on November of last year, I called the paypal plus credit card costumer service, and they cancelled my old credit card, sent me a new one, and they told me that a dispute process was opened for those charges.

By the end of December of I received a letter from paypal plus credit card, asking me to write down the reasons, sign and send back, but just one of the charges where mentioned in the letter. I included in the letter which I sent back that not only that charge, but all the four mentioned above where not made by myself, or anybody with my authorization.

I called the paypal plus credit card immediately, and again they said sorry, and I was told that in 30 to 60 days the dispute would be solved. This was in January.

By February of I called again, and the person who answered me, told me that just one of the charges were being disputed. I explained everything again, and they told me again that in 30 to 60 days the dispute would be solved.

By the end of March of I again called the paypal plus credit card costumer service regarding the disputes, and at this time, I recorded the call that I have with me. They told me that all the 4 charges were being disputed, they said sorry, and that in 30 to 60 days the dispute would be solved.

Today, June 25 I called the paypal plus credit card costumer service in the morning. Again, I have everything recorded. The person in the morning told me that all the four charges were being disputed, and she did not know anything else. So she transferred for her supervisor, who then told me that I would receive a reimburse of the charges.

By 3:00 P.M. Of June 25 of I called paypal plus credit card costumer service, because I couldn't see the credit on my online account. Again, the call was recorded, and is on file. At This time the person who answer the phone just saw one of the charges being disputed. Then I was transferred to her supervisor, who said that I would be reimbursed by one of the charges, but the others weren't being disputed, and I had to send a letter explaining why I am disputing those charges. I explained everything described above on this letter for the supervisor, and she said that sorry, but I have to send the letter. I then asked why nobody told me this before, as I am calling then for a while. The answer was; "I don't know. Sorry! Please send the letter.
