I was assisting a friend of mine, who is Puerto Rican and has a thick accent. She was granted a $25,000 loan provided she paid upfront for High Risk Insurance on the loan. She was intially told by a "Mark Walters" that he had negotiated with the insurance company to only need $200 up front. This money had to be sent by Western Union (Moneygram was not accepted?) and the loan was to be deposited within one hour. Mark then stated the arrangement with the initial private lender fell through and she'd have to pay the full $1200 insurance amount plus Canadian tax. This amount increases by the day and repeated phone calls to this company have been "cut off". When I ask directly for a manager, I'm hung up on. This is a scam, please beware!!!
