I renewed my norton annual renewal on 06/01/08. I was notified via my computer that for an extra $3o. 00 I could get pc power boost service. When I received my VISA statement I was billed, $64.79 for my annual norton 360 subscription plus $89.99 from dri*symantec for the pc power boost system. I was assigned case # 488527507 and dealt with a Tina Mc Naughton.

Any help would be appreciated.
