Ok where do i begin?
My husband got a car threw car credit america but financed it threw greenwhich finance whice are the same company... I know a lott about this company because i knew someone who worked there. The owners name it tom boyles who has a partnership which i dont know his name but they use to be called j.D. Byrider... The reason they are no longer called that because they violated all the rules by giving care to everyone and anyone. Not only that they were giving the company itself a bad name so they ended the contract with tom boyles and the other owner. Also if you guys are not aware of how they purchase there vehicles they go to the car auction in waukegan and purchaed them for about 500-1000 and sell them for well over 5,500 now tell me that aint a dmmn rippoff!!! Thats why when they make you pay a down payment of 500-1000 because they want you to pay for the car... Not to mention they buy their parts from the junk yard unless you pay for your own parts... This company just doesnt learn... They need to be shut down...
My husband just bought a van from them in 07 and let me tell you its was a dumb ass move... I knew how they worked inside and out they are shady as can be and i regret it...
They broke all the fdcpa laws and my sister is a manager in a collection agency and let me tell you they are on a huge lawsuite... Has anyone went to a lawyer because lemme tell you after today i will never take crap with them again... We allll need to go after these ppl...
