Took money from bank account without permission of contract

Stated they required take into account agreement to be examined. I decided to not keep the providers by telephone and mail. They required $500.00 out anyhow and stated they'd a signed agreement. They stated they'd provide it back. I've this written down and documented. Grievance filed with BBB and delivered registered notice of need, next is Little Claims Court for municipal and perhaps legal. Revenue woman said she was a Religious and operator graduated from Texas A & M. Our, Our, Our. Where's Texas Attorney General Greg Abbot with this one?
