(Frank Perrota, James Habbot) ripped me off. They stole $675 from me as an advance fee for a $6000 loan that i never received

I was contacted By Frank Perrotta (888) 681-7964 Ext 223. He states that he was calling from fielgate financial lending group. Regarding my $6000 loan approval and wanted me to call back for details on the loan. I did call back and he told me that i will have to pay an initial fee of $756 which is equivalent to four monthly installement of $189.00, since my credit was not so good. He faxed me the agreement that i signed and returned but was not able to come up with the whole amount of $756. I informed him that i only had $675 and he said it was ok. He asked me to do a moneygram to send the fees and the money was going to be directly deposited into my bank account. This crook (frank) was trying to find out if they were a lot of people at the moneygram call phone. Asked me to give him the serial # on the call phone so that he can arrange the whole transaction for me. Told me to tell the agent at the moneygram desk that the transaction was for a friend (James Habbot, Canada), so that the agent won't have to ask me too many questions. He asked me to step outside so he can call on my cell phone to give me the transaction reference #. I took the # and gave it to the agent at the moneygram desk and he processed the transaction by only asking me to verify the recipient name and to show my id card. I never got the loan and called to find out why. Some Daniel answered at his ext (Frank's) saying that Frank went on a vacation. He goes to say that insurance fees of $1000 were inforced by the company and i'll have to pay that to receive the loan. I refused to pay the fees and he said they will refund my $675.00
I never got my money back. They have put me in a very serious financial situation and i could end up in the street with my daugther. I have no money to pay my off my bills or even to buy food. I was desperate and blinded. Little did i realized that they weren't even going to refund the $675 that i initially paid.
