Interesting company, employees are 1099 yet your work hours are 8-8.

If you have solid loans, gee... They fire you just before they close or just before payday.

Then they do not pay you period. The loans close, Frank Silva can keep the doors open for one more month... Maybe.
Employees have had all their checks for personal expenses bounce because their paycheck bounced... Surprise.

This is a company built on leased computers, phones, xerox machines, cars, homes and knock off jewelry the only contribution they have made to these islands is taking as much cash as possible out of them.

What do they have to lose? They brought nothing to contribute and they will leave ashes in their wake. Lovely aloha spirit, no wonder the locals become so disgusted.

Yes ladies and gentleman, I am ashamed to say, I was a former employee, but not for long, because you see it did not take me long to see through them and take leave. Of course without paying me for the work I had done.

The level of unprofessionalism by the principals is appalling, they use filthy language to clients as well as employees. They make terrible comments about clients and seem to enjoy insulting them at every turn.

Employees for the most part showered and dressed for work in a professional manner, unlike the one owner who needs to be shown soap, toothpaste, laundry detergent and water. This was reflected in his behavior in the workplace.
