Cutis O. Barnes PC They are unwilling to work with me regarding payment

I was contacted by this company regarding an old credit card bill. They continue to be very unwilling to settle this account with monthly payments. And are threating with judgements and large amounts of interest. I have made a large attempt on the acount of $1000.00. I was so pushed into settling this account with them I was going to borrow the money from a neighbor. When I couldnt they would not agree on any amounts of monthly payments that the Fortis Capital group is expecting as a promisary note the full amount and that they could not do anything different regarding because it would mess upo their books. They said that I should be able to put this on another cresit card ask a family member take out an equity loan that I have to pay the full amount they have offered me. They have also said that interest was accuring and they gave me a bargain rate as is.
