Ripoff took $221.95 from my account for credit card I have recieved nothing lines always busy @ the given phone numbe

Lenox capital called my home and offered their services, which was to include 2 credit cards along with many other perks.

I dont know what I was thinking about, normally I hang up quickly on these types of calls, because i'm a firm believer in that ole phrase "If it sounds to good to be true" ya know!

So I okay'd them to debit my checking account in the amount of $221.95 (stupid!!! If only I could kick my own ass i would).

I actually did try to stop the transaction by calling the phone number they gave me to their supposed "customer service dept" (what a Joke), I could not get through, ever. So I thought I'd just beat them to my money on payday, well, payroll posted late that day in peticular and they beat me. The rest is history.

I contacted my bank after coming across this web site and informed them that this was a fraudulent withdrawl and I taking the appropriate steps to get my money back and hopefully put an end to Lenox Capital.

I am wondering if legal action is possible?
