Lied to me and are still ripping me off

This company failed to tell me that I could only make one claim for unemployment with one company. I have tried numerous times to cancel my policy with no success. I have called them numerous times to tell them that I am still unemployed and to stop taking money from my CC but to no avail. And from the paperwork I have my benefit was to be $300/month and my premium was $4.50/month. Well they only paid me $200/month for a measly 6 months and have been charging my CC $10/month!

The other thing this company does is send me mail that is in Mexican/Spanish which I totally and absolutely resent. If their people had any intelligence they would no that I am not Hispanic based on my last name. I feel like I live in a foreign country.
