Payment Harassment before payment is due

Since the inception of my auto loans for two used cars I recently bought, I have been receiving phone calls from Fifth Third Bank asking for immediate payment. The problem has been that the calls come in before the due date on the installment loan and long before the end of their so called grace period before a payment is considered late. I have always taken my payments to a branch to pay, but still received calls. This last payment, I decided to mail to the payment center. The payment was due on the 10th and were mailed on the 1st. I received my first harassing phone call on the 10th, and have had a few every day since then, even though the grace period date is the 17th. I explain to the bank that the payment was mailed on the 1st and they are not late until after the 17th. The response is always rude and always demending of an immediate payment.
