Fraudulent ripoff business victimized many consumers

This company was deceptive in offering a 0% credit card with a $37 processing/membership fee. When the card arrived it was in a manilla envelope with a catalog and bootleg 16#digit piece of plastic. There was no identifying Visa, MC logo or magnetic strip on the back.

I had called the company and asked for my money back. The CSR immediately knew I was disappointed with their card and suggested that I may be interested in their other catalogs. I was polite and requested a refund. A refund would be granted once I returned the packet which I did the next day.

I've tried several times to contact them and even filed a complaint with the BBB of CA. The post office has returned the BBB correspondence.

Anyone reading this with a credit score under 700 is a target!
