What a RIP OFF! Charlotte

Well, let's see our bank First Charter got bought out by 5th turd. This past weekend everything was switched over from our bank to theirs. That's where all the problems began. We couldn't access our account information for 3 days. Apparently neither could they since by the time we could get back on the website "IT" says we are over $500 in the hole!!! Which CANNOT be right!!! Come to find out they had transferred the account but not the money (STILL trying to figure that out!). Everything that we spent for those 3 days hit the account and then THEY hit us for the overdraw fees. Returned our rent check for insufficient funds that WERE in the account. And admitted they screwed up but they won't return any of the overdraw fees since "It's not their policy". What a joke! We went from a great bank to a piece of crap with people who have no idea what they are doing and have no idea of customer service! Time for a new bank!!
