Lost and pissed payed cii for services they didn't follow through, said that they don't have any records

We received a cold call from Stan from CII looking to help us collect on past due accounts. After a few calls from them we decided to give them a try on 2/04/08 on one account he kept trying for more but we said collect on the first then we will talk about more.

Then a couple of hours later we received another call from CII but a different person wanting some past due accounts, we told them we were trying them out with this one account already, He seemed disappointed but still pressed for more past due accounts, he didn't get anything more.

Now here it is 6/12/08 we never heard from them again we were told that they would let us know when the case us going to be heard, nothing happened.

On 5/21 we called them to find out what was going on they claim not to have any record of us paying them, and that the account number that we were given was not ours so who cashed our check was our question, that fall on deaf ears, still have not been able to get any answers.

Stay far away from these people they will screw with you, take your money and act like they did nothing wrong.
