Rip-off Scam artists

This is just a warning to all those who are smart enough to check this site first. I received a certificate in the mail that garanteed a credit card w / a high limit, but relatively low interest rate. I paid the $49 membership fee. 2 months later and after my money had been deducted, I checked on-line to find their website... I stumbled upon "usacomplaints.com" and all the articles warning people.
