Unauthorized w/d from my credit card

I observed an unauthorized demand on my charge card of $16.95 by Price Plus. I've no idea who this company. Is and that I am annoyed since their cost has set my card over-limit creating extra costs!!! I actually donot understand how they got my data! I'm calling them very first thing each morning but how can they escape with this particular? I had been taking a look at a number of other grievances comparable company. Can not the greater business agency consider this, in the end it's there to safeguard the customer. And yet several grievances have now been stuffed and nothing has been completed. What's wrong with this image!!!
