They started ripping us off 2 years ago and continue

We purchased our FIRST car with Drive Financial two years ago and like others our payment was stolen. They harrassed and continue to but now they don't call us they call family memebers that they claim we used as references and we know we NEVER would. We were in between moves and bank accounts so we sent in a money order. However our money order never made it. They would never listen to us and did not believe us when we said we sent the payment in. We fianlly had to get confirmation from the Post Office that it was cashed however it was cashed by one of their employees. We faxed this information to the at least 5 times and never got responses and they have yet to credit our account and we continue to get late charges on top of the ones that were not our fault. We are so tired of arguing with them that I gave up. I told my husband I'm so done with them... I'm tired, burnt and can't handle the stress any longer. I want them to come get the car I'm done. I'm to the point where I don't care what happens to my credit anymore because that would be a less stress matter to handle then to deal with them. I have no other options... We've worked so hard to be good people and tried to talk to them and fix the issue but they just treat us like crap, hang up on us and leave us with the threats. We would be willing to join anyone with a law suit and would start my own but have no clue where to start. I feel like I alone would have no chance against a large company.
