Company seems to not exist any longer, but they are still taking my money

Just like every other single parent out there, we sometimes find ourselves in a financial pinch. So when I did I got help, or so I thought it was.

In two days I got the money, made my interest payments as well as "paid out" on the loan, this is when you just pay the interest and add a little extra.

Well I have been doing this for about 2 months now and when I sent an e-mail to find out if it was paid in full yet or how much was left to pay my e-mail was sent back to me saying that it was sent to a non excisting name.

The company doesn't seem to exist anywhere, no one responds to phone calls, but I have been getting calls from them on the original number that I used to contact them and when I call it back it just rings forever.

If the company doesn't exist any longer than why are they still taking money out of my account under the platinumbservices name.

Before you look into doing something like this make sure you do alot of research on what your getting yourself into.

It sure isn't worth and wasn't worth the $250.00 that I borrowed that should be paid off by now, but they are still taking money from me every two weeks.
