Unauthorized charges

I canceled my account in the 30 day free trial period, they charged me in 14 days of my registration, I requested a refund of 3 months of charges and they refused to issue more than one month of charges. I have to write a letter to the "customer Relations" division of the company to get the remainder of my $ refunded.
