Incompetent joe pezzuto collectors like jay birdwell are thieves who withhold car titles on paid accounts hostage!

It is past the 60 days they advised & I have no title to show that we have ended our relationship. I paid them off in January, it is now June. Hmm, looks like its time expose Jo-Jo...

Amazingly, these "collectors" can call you when they screw up your account & have the audacity to tell you "You need to send in your payment or your account is being forwarded to the attorney" (that would be a lovely lady with the deep voice Ms. Warren if you're so luck to be blessed by her presence). However, they frequently misplace payments that you send in, but blame you for their screw up (something about the only information they have is your name; but they just so happen to remember your address & account info by memory).

Actually, what makes this firm so much more comedic, is they will call you when you make a double payment in one month to get ahead and ask "Why did you make a double payment this month?" (that would be Ms. Warren again) Well, "I felt like it".

But the most stimulating part of what these ripoff artists do, it's withhold your property (car titles to be exact); they hang on to it to fan themselves as they call people with misinformation (their nerves keep them sweating I guess). Such as the case with a proud-to-have-a-job-being-your-friendly - office manager Jay Birdwell.

He's sweet.in fact, he will go as far as to spell out for you letter-for-letter exactly what he "will do": what a nice guy... However it obviously never gets done. That brings me to this posting.

I have written letter after leter after letter, and called to hear these lovely attorneys voices; to no avail, the operator isn't very proficient in switchboard (sorry but you sent me to Cheryl like 12 times in one day), and they personnel seems to be striving on creating a reputation of incompetence. I feel sorry for them; here I am someone who never finished college, and they are probably graduates who can't do a simple function such as... Oh wait, THEIR JOB.

My council to those in my situation is this, do what you must to make them work. Call'em, write'em, email'em, text'em, matter of fact, visit them!
