Careless Thief PRETENDING to be "Christian?

This guy is HORRIBLE! First of all, he clearly violates RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) laws in which he works for 2 different mortgage brokerage firms.

He pretends to be "Christian" with Fish emblems and license plate frames stating "God is Awesome." BUT IN REALITY, he is a thief and purposely preys on desperate homeowners and aspiring entrepreneurs to take in money BEFORE a service is preformed and NEVER really performing.

In many instances, we have contacted the offices of WorldWide Lending Services and Contact One funding in Ontario, California and they both had NO clue that their agent, Darnell Dugger, was working at two different firms.

Darnell takes in money in PRIOR to performing for his "Foreclosure Program" and states that he will consolidate the debt and prevent foreclosure. He charges the total amount of what a client's mortgage payment would be.

At this point, the client is already behind in mortgages and does not have good credit. Darnell then states that he "attempted" to "try" to prevent the debt, BUT did not have any luck and results.

He then goes back to his clients and states that at this point there was nothing he could've done and he then keeps the money that was taken in from the client and states that it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESPA laws clearly state that funds cannot be collected as payment until a services has been done. It is up to the broker and/or agent to take on a client before performing services to see if it indeed is a waste of time or not.

We have lost a tremendous amount of money as desperate homeowners and we wouldn't want any other people to go through the things we did.

This man has NO INTEGRITY. So much to say about the companies that he works for too.
