HC Processing gouging with fees

Ordered an excercise machine fron ICON and was offered "120 days same as cash". Paid off within the time period but was charged the 21% interest because I did not pay HC Processing's annual fee of $39!! I agreed to pay that as it must have been in the "fine print".

I discussed with Nancy at HC. She agreed the interest should not be charged, but would have to check with the supervisor on the $25 late fee that had been charged while I was trying to straighten this out. 30 days came and went, no interest was abated, no word from Nancy, and another $25 was added! Called and talked to "Derrick", he told me to "keep it real" and just pay what is now $126 and let it go! Basically "tough s%, I don't care".

Shame on ICON for being associated with this scam outfit.
