Ripoff fraud scam Miami

When they first call, they charged me 29.95, then A non refundable 59.95, plus 99.00 for this discount package. It took almost 2 months for the card to arrive. I called to cancel the program and get a refund.

At that time I was told it was too late to get a refund. Now when I try to contact them. The number is busy and I have tried just today (11/24) for over an hour using redial unable to get through.
