GMAC mortgage promised our consolidation loan during previous contacts earlier in 2007 when we started rennovating our home. So when we called to start the consolidation process in December we thought everything was fine. They took 3 whole months to tell us NO. They never said there was a possibility that the loan wouldn't not go through until the very end. I have all the e-mails to prove it. Now we cannot get a loan and another lender I spoke with said they purposely waited until we defaulted so no one would be able to help us. Now we will probably lose our home since we cannot afford the bills that we racekd up on the home rennovations which included brand new a/c units, brand new copper piping plumbing, brand new tile, brand new appliances - they're getting away with our murder.
