Ameriquest mortgage and ocwen mortgage rip-off abusive

I have been emotionally and financially "spent" after many years of dealing with OCWEN. I am no longer trustworthy nor do I trust ANY Lenders due to OCWEN's torturous treatment and deception.

I am trying to refinance with another company called Ameriquest, here in Mesa, AZ. There are some complaints about them reported, butI have to say that I have been treated with Dignity and Respect by my Loan officer "Todd". I have been shown compassion and understanding for my situation. I am assured that they are in no way affiliated with OCWEN nor have they been connected to them.

Please be assured that I am scared to death of getting into the same situation with another company. I have been trying to find a Lender who is Honest and Trustworthy. A lender who won't take advantage of my situation by giving me a high interest rate, or adding on hidden and unnecessary fees, and won't treat me less than human. A company that will post my payments on time, and not report bogus late payments on my credit report.

I am having to take a "Leap of Faith" here, and I am very scared. I do feel comfortable so far. My treatment at this point has been great.

Believe me...
I will report good or bad regarding my dealings with Ameriquest. I believe that I just might be at the right place.
I am not an employee. I am a victim of Ocwen.
