Did not order on a monthly basis, can't get draft stopped or get credit for previous months

I have been emailing triple advantage for months to stop drafting my account.
No response to date.initially I pulled a copy of a one time credit report, I have been trying to stop draft of 14.95 since. I am due a credit and need to get this STOPPED ASAP!!!
