Payroll check denied!

I've attempted twice with my paycheck check. The very first time they stated that my paycheck check "might" be place in a class that could be properly used in identify theft. This time around they stated that they do not have correct info on my organization. 8 weeks before they cashed the payroll check. These folks have to walk out company.
