These compines took out money from my bank account with out authorization and for some reason they do not like answering the phone.

My wife filled out a application for a cash advance and they told her she was not able to recive one, But after that they started removing money from the bank. I called them and ask for a refund but all I could get was you need to go online to fill out the refund application so she did but instead of refunding they deducted again after being notified of cancellation.

I have contacted the police about this situation and ther will be a investigation into the matter because of the withdrawl after notification of cancellation.

These people are just plain out rip offs and should be thrown in jail.
