Fraudulent charges!

I registered to get a "free trial offer" and sent to stop nicely inside the spare time. No reaction and so I delivered more emails. They charged me 2 weeks in AROW after I've repeatedly sent to stop. I ULTIMATELY got an answer that sadly, they CAn't reimbursement funds inside the membership period. Am I simply out the cash they do not deserve? Must I contact a lawyer? Just how can we operate them out-of company? Recommend smb plz!
