Getting charged for the service I never ordered

I received my cell phone expenses (Sprint PCS) today and unearthed that the statement is really as two times as larger than it had been said to be; this is because that I had been billed for that support I never requested (something similar to CSW: Ringers); furthermore, I acquired billed twice for that same task ($9.99 on 04/26 and $9.99 on 04/27). Additionally, they keep delivering some type of communications; I actually donot actually determine what these messages about but nonetheless receiving charged for all those too. The toughest point can there be no telephone number I really could call-in order to determine what all that's about.
