I guess I'm comforted to know I'm not alone in my dealings with Allied Interstate. There's a young deadbeat (maybe he's just slow) with the same last name as mine living on the same floor of my high-rise building in Chicago. Every time I ever bother to talk to them I explain I am not Adam, honestly don't even know Adam but know he exists (doorman says so!) and they promise to take me off their calling list. So tonight, they're back. Heavy sigh. I guess it's the burden of having a common last name, but *dag* this is getting old!
