Slander my name abused my credit rating

Before I purchased my home i had to clear all my outstanding bills which was taken care of in 1998, since that time I have applied for credit with car companies, tied to get credit card etc.

However, I continually get turned down because this company has my name on there list. Which they should not because of all bills were paid in full even them, they say it was written off but in reality it was not it was paid for in full. I would not recieved my house if it was not taken care of.

Now this has been going on for over 3 years and i am getting sick and tired of them giving me a bad name, still getting bad credit enough is enough. They are rude whenever you call them you are the bad person, and you hae no common sense at all if any.
