Cancelled trial they continue to charge

Unfortunatly, we used a trial credit report agency. We did cancel within the 30day period. We have ask them to stop numerous times via phone, e-mail but to no avail. Please - its been about a year its 12.00 a month x12 months for something we do not want. I realize it was a mistake but how can i make them stop? Please dont say i have to put it in writting because we did! Please help!!!
