I received a phone call this morning at my job. The gentleman name was Alex Davis from united processing of jacksonville, flordia. He processed to tell me that i'm am being charged with theft by deception for a debt that I owed $846.92 on and would i like my attorney present when the officers arrived to pick me up. I told him i didn't have an attorney and he advised me to get one because this charge was a felony and i was in hot water. I needed to contact my family and let them no what was going on and that I would be taken to jefferson county jail.

At the time i had no idea where that was and also by this time i'm crying all upset. Then he tells me that if i can pay $846.92 that everything would be dropped but i only had until 11:30 am to do so. Then he asked if I worked with a Loretta and I said yes. Mary I said yes. Laura I said no. He said well i need to speak with loretta or mary because they are in the same hot water as you. He told me good luck and i open you can get this taken care of before it is too late.

So I went and got loretta and he told her the same thing but only hers was a little more. Thank godness we were both able to get this taken care.

But then after it is all do I found out that we would not be arrested we would be served papers about a court date. This was very rude and cruel way to go about getting your money.
