Unauthorized use of account

Our bill was interfered with. Somebody got 31.98 out-of my bill a week ago. Now somebody got 7.81. These are unauthorized charges. I actually donot understand why these costs are now being completed, but I'd like in order for them to quit. Our bill has been overcharged and it is investing in the damaging. I'd like my money returned and these costs looked after.
