Had a conversation with a mister alex farrell

11/06 contacted the people at TNG. I gave them all of my information about our taxes. I was told what the monthly payment, to the IRS, was going to be and they would start the process after i paid the 4,300 fee. The fee had been piad for 1 year and called only to find out that it had been assigned to a mister Richard Schultz. (this number has been diconnected) So i continue to call with little or no hope of recovering honest money. But i really just want to pay what i owe on a budget that will satisfy IRS and my family.
