These folks contact you in case your one day late in your cost! Then if you should be silly enough to reply the telephone, they will attempt something to obtain a cost within the phone. We've had a house mortgage together since 2003 and were not seldom delayed till my spouse dropped his work last year. Now, we're right at a few months behind and they're threatening to foreclose! I understand they'd like to because we simply owe them fifty, 000 and our house may be worth atleast three times that amount. On top of the late chgs. They're looking to get much more! This is actually the worst organization I've actually dealt with. I think I'll record bankruptcy in it when they maintain it-up!
