Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing victimized many consumers

CCA not only ripped me off and took advantage of my checking account by taking out funds that I did not authorize but also billed me under my married name and my maiden name. Only this weekend I opened 6 bills from Capital Credit Alliance of 99.00 each!!!

I am a single mother of 4 and am disabled and on a very tight budget. How does a company get the right to take money from an account and not have a valid purpose of why the took it not having my permission. I have called them only to stay on the phone untill I have to hang up because my phone needed to be recharged. I have written several times only to be harrased by bills over and over.

I know owe the $129.00 they have taken $139.00 out of my account sending me rushing to the bank to put a stop to anyone taking money out of my account. They since have tried taking the $139.00 out so they now bill me for this. Now I open up 6 bills this weekend to pay. I don't know what to do or who to call. I do not need the stress nor do I deserve to be violated and harrased. What can I do? Please Hhhhhhhhhheeeeeellllllppppppp!!!
