I am sorry, that some of the B of A employees feel that B of A doesnt have a rip off problem. I have banked with them for little over a year, and I received so many overdraft fees and nsf fees. On top of that most of them were credited back to my account plus letters written to merchants explaining that I did have funds in the bank at the time the check posted. I am still getting fees that popped on my account wheter it is something posting to my account after a deposit was made or when I have funds in the account when a check comes through.

I have gotten to the point where I actually withdrawl all of my money when I receive my military paycheck. Oh, yeah dont place a stop payment on a check because they will send through your account and charge you the 25.00, then tell you they cant refund the fee or correct the problem even if you have the confirmation letter in your hand, which you received a week prior.

The biggest problem I had was when my account became negative $550.00, because of a bank error with there computers. I had atm receipts and all receipts of check card usage the lady still couldnt tell me where I was negative at. The employees try and discourage on having your account reviewed, they give you an off the wall excuse or reason why you shouldnt have one done. I hope someone out there is looking at these issues and trying to resolve it.

Here at Fort Campbell, Ky there are so many complaints on this branch and bank that soldiers are seeking banking needs else where at one of these more expensive banks.
