Ripped off and scammed stole $199 & never sent me a thing then continued to take $10 a month from my checking acct until I closed it!

This soo called company lied & took my $. Never sent me a thing and then would not send me my $ back. I feel stupid and ripped off... All i want is my $ back... I have wrote to them, and faxed letters. But of coarse there has been no effort on there part to make good on anything.
