Un-paid wages. They have not returned my phone call i have tried numerous times to get my questions adressed

This company took over the company i was employed by. They ran it for a couple of months and then shut us down. They allegedly where going to send us our last checks. Till this date it has been almost a month and none of us have been paid. I have all of my hours logged from there internet based time card. The checks they paid us with where from the first plus financial group in texas and they are also owned by reutgers investment group but the employee package i signed was for reutgers in PA.

They skipped out on about 15 peoples checks for the last pay period.
