Unethical practices!

Beginning last dec I obtained a telephone call from HSBC declaring used to do not spend the prior statement. I described I never obtained a statement that month also it tucked my brain (I never skipped a preceding cost). I told them I'd deliver them cost instantly. And that is when all of the overdue costs and phony chargeis started turning up. Soon after these the persistent telephone calls started! I mentioned tossing cash at them for several types of strange costs... Lastly I ended the acct. And tried to move the total amount that they experimented with stop. Nevertheless, in a round-about method I had been ultimately ready to move the total amount and obtain from under their mafia...
