I am a victim of the payday loan trap. I am now having my paycheck directdeposited to my savings account. Today i called my c.U. To request a new checking account number. I sent a notice to my lenders of my intention that i just cannot pay the fees and or paydowns and still keep a roof over my head and pay month utilities, so far only for has responded to my email but. They placed a hold on my account to stop the fees (so they say) but their frequency of when they expect payment is still not working out. I emailed the to a1afast cast, i never gotten a response to them, i never signed a promisory note when i took the loan and they never even called when i faxed it to them. Not to mention when i asked to change the amount of what i was going to paydown on the loan. I have searched high and low to get some advice on how to get this resolve. And it is very hard to trust the so called payday loan debt consolidators because it is no guarrentee that will work either. I just wish i knew what else to do. Also my question is since i live in a state that prohibits these types of loan, can these out of state lendes sue me?
