Can't Find Their Own Asses And Pockets Your Money! Lied about initial loan, and now won't let us pay it off! Somewhere

We bought from Bangor Car Care back in August, and paid $300 down, plus initial insurance payment, and all of our document fees in CASH. Somehow though, it all got put into our loan, so who pocketed the money? Persian and Car Care like to point the fingers at each-other. We never received any actual paper-work from Persian Acceptance, and when we called them they couldn't even decide on when the loan was taken out, in August or September, and then could not get me the total balance due, the idea baffled them! Or the amount of weeks the loan term was for, and when we told the two Persian Acceptance individuals that they disagreed with one another. They just did an "oops", then one even yelled at us and hung up on us, just to let all you people out there know, his name was John. What kind of customer service. Eventually their whacked out math somehow came to us owing about a thousand more than the loan we signed at Car Care, when questioned, they told us the loan we signed didn't really mean much and was a loose agreement, not a contract, and we would have to call Bangor Car Care to figure out the real terms.

Overall the best customer satisfaction came from an answering machine for a man named Jim.

It totally baffles me how a LOAN company can not tell me how much is owed, how many weeks are left, or agree on when the loan was taken out. On top of all that, refused to allow us to pay off our loan.

Just letting you all know out there, be careful of Bangor Car Care and Persian Acceptance, they'll run around the bush, can't pull their heads out of their asses, and are no better than loan sharks.
