Never Received 2007 W2

I worked for the corporation during last summer while going for a university course. I never received my w 2 type. After I asked about this they desired to cost me $10 bucks to get a ALTERNATIVE W2, I attempted to describe that used to do not reduce the initial and not obtained it but I'm today needing to deliver them the costs to obtain the w 2 to be able to document my fees inside the schedule. No additional location that I've worked has created me purchase my w 2 easily never obtained the initial, I have had it sent in my experience. I believe this really is absurd and really should be documented to somebody, could it be actually authorized to cost cash for anything they owe me?
