Privacy Matters
Privacy Matters Charged my credfit card twice claiming I signed up for their service. When I contacted them they insisted I signed up and did not agree to refund me until I informed them I would dispute charges

Business & Finance

They claimed I signed up through a website called Intellis but could offer no proof. First they offered to cancel my membership as if they did nothing wrong. Then they offered to refund one month out of the two. Finally after being on hold for a half hour I got a 'supervisor' who began by telling me how wonderful their services were. I finally had to swear at him and remind him that I can easily dispute their charges through my credit card company if he refused to return my money. I've been told I will receive a refund for both charges by the end of the week. We'll see.

This is just another ripoff company making money off the identity theft scare marketing scams you see and hear everywhere these days.
